# Organization Verification Stuck - Persona Session Expired

I’m having an issue with organization verification.

I completed the Persona identity verification successfully, but the OpenAI interface never updated or responded afterward. After waiting for a long time, I tried to reopen the Persona link, but it’s stuck showing “Session Expired”. The OpenAI platform also won’t generate a new verification link.

I don’t know if that’s your case, but I actually own 2 different API accounts. One being like ‘the backup’ in case anything ever happens (trauma too big working with Meta, for those who know).

I only managed to verify on the first one. The second I was never able to. Always figured it was because I had already done it.

Not sure if it’s you though. Good luck!
