I am experiencing issues verifying my organization to access protected models in Agent Builder.

I have added my work email as an owner to the organization.

When I check Organization Settings, I see: “Organization could not be verified – We were unable to verify your organization at this time.”

There are no options or prompts to start domain verification or upload ID.

I confirmed I am logged in with my work email, and I have tried multiple browser refreshes and devices.

I have already chatted with AI support, but I was unable to resolve the issue.
Could you please assist me in completing organization verification, or let me know if there are additional steps I should try?
