I used Chat GPT a little in December, Then cancelled my plan as it was something I wanted to revisit.
Well now I’m ready to re-visit and I’m getting this message every time I try to add my billing details back in.
Your organization’s usage has been disabled; please check your inbox for further details, and contact us through our help center at help.openai.com if you do not see a message.
The help guide is not helpful at all. Does anybody have any ideas? I’ve spoke with the bot, I’ve reported it and nothing.
