I just upgraded to chat gpt plus. I have a few chats going but one extremely long chat. Today I started getting this orange alert which seems to be a known issue that says hmm something seems to have gone wrong. Then my recent responses and prompts get deleted. Is there a fix ? I have closed and restarted the app. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. It kind of defeats the purpose of upgrading so I can send more messages if this happens.
