Hey team! I’m attempting to publish a plugin for my free service Tallyhand on ChatGPT/Codex plugin marketplace, but I’m running into issues with OpenAI Platform. Specifically, I’m stuck on “Incomplete review information” message and can’t submit the plugin for review. Going through the process for Review information, once I get to the end and save settings, it takes me back to the middle: “Test Cases” and I get stuck in an endless loop from there.
I found the solution. We only needed 5 examples for test cases and my agent had inserted 6. There was no graceful error message informing me of this.

I’m glad you were able to get past the submission issue by reducing the Test Cases to 5 examples. I also appreciate you calling out that the page didn’t surface a clear validation message when more than 5 were added, that feedback is helpful.
