@OpenAI_Support you aren’t lacking enough information to understand this. You are using a feedback system that prevents feedback from developing any momentum. Locking repeated threads also fragments the number of people asking for the same change, making each request look smaller and easier to ignore allowing you to point to “low engagement” after shutting down the places where engagement would accumulate. That’s not listening. That’s feedback theater with an automatic padlock.

Absolute BS and ironic for a company named “OpenAI”
