Since an hour, OpenAI is not recoginizing me as a pro-user any more. Although my latest payment one week ago went successfully through like on every other month in the past.
They cleared my history, reset my account. And the page under “chat.openai.com” is offering me to subscribe for a pro-user. But I AM A PRO USER. All Payments were done successfully without any cancellation notice or something else breaking up.
What to do?
Just happened to me as well as I started work this morn. No explanation from OpenAI as yet 
I lost access to my GPTs, it must be some widespread issue and not about us individually
Ageed, I cannot see my user details options, history or anything. This has happened before.
All, if you’re login and all chats are gone and account icon is missing, wait 5~10min. For me, I started a new window while keeping chatgpt on another. While searching forum to see what happened for 5~10min. i went back to it and all info came back. GL all! I’d exported all right away.
on the next day eveything went back as normal
