I’ve built an end-to-end system using the OpenAI API, Python, and Android automation to run a logistics and catalog operation entirely by myself — without storing inventory, hiring staff, or relying on third-party software.

I use barcode scanning to trigger automated photo sessions, where each image is named, tagged, and sent to my system via API — no need for manual labeling or upload.
This model enables me to offer the entire stock of nearby suppliers in real-time, with just-in-time fulfillment and near-zero environmental impact. I believe this approach could be scaled or adapted to other industrial sectors as well.
