Just wanted to make an obvious, recent post with a clear subject so people can easily see it before reporting issues. Hopefully, this helps cut down on duplicate bug threads while OpenAI works on a fix! ---

I’m getting no response for real time api gpt-4o-realtime-preview-2024-12-17 but the issue is not found in [https://status.openai.com/](https://status.openai.com/) do you know if this has been resolved ? ---

The OpenAI status page currently reports no ongoing issues, so the outage from yesterday appears to be resolved. If you’re still experiencing problems, here are a few troubleshooting steps that might help: ✅ Clear your cache & cookies, then refresh the page. ✅ Log out and back in to reset your session. ✅ Try a different browser or device to see if the issue is local. ✅ Check if your network (e.g., company firewall, VPN) is blocking access. ✅ If using the API, confirm you haven’t hit rate limits or authentication errors. ✅ Try switching to a mobile network or VPN to see if it’s a regional issue. If none of these resolve it, it might be worth checking other posts to see if others are facing the same issue. doesnt seem to be resolved, i am getting intermittent errors across most models on the API ---

I haven’t made any code changes, my limit is also good, I tried creating a new api key, but the same thing, I’m getting empty response for any audio send to the real time api ---

Am seeing extremely slow response times for the Assistants API. Brand new thread (createThread responds immediately), 30s+ delays on openai.beta.threads.runs.createAndPoll Could it be related? Am querying from Switzerland. Chat works fine, including the Assistant playground. SDK is up to date. ---

This issue persists and should immediately be classified as a CRITICAL OUTAGE
