Open ended conversation API

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to use the chatbot API in whatsapp? We are exploring a solution for a TelCo that needs to collect feedback from their clients.

Actually I just tried to watch it but it is private. Can you give me access? Also, though it seems interesting and definetely will explore it, I was looking to a end to end text solution.
