O3-pro doesn't name the conversation (stays "New chat")

It appears that when I start a new conversation with o3-pro, the title doesn’t get set when the response is returned. It stays as “New chat”. This is frustrating since I can’t tell which chat is which.

I am experiencing the same issue, only on the O3-Pro model. The chat title doesn’t generate after the reasoning is finished, remains “New chat”
