I need to formulate my anger once more. I am a paying user for o1-Pro and the model works for like 4 hours a day at best. After ~4 hours it stops working, in the way that it just dont reasons anymore - and thats not all: All other models somewhat useful for coding (o1, o3-mini, o3-mini-high) also stop reasoning or reasoning for like 3 seconds and produce utter rubbish.
I am in constant contact with OpenAIs support (I write like 2 mails a day and even receive answers) but NO ONE tells me what error this is and why it occurs - or, god beware, even FIX the error.
This seems like a scam for me that limits my access after some amount of computing power is “used up” - and I would even accept this, if it was openly communicated and I could time my “breaks” or get a second Pro-Account or whatever. Its neither the money not that a service could be limited - its the fact that it happens totally random, stays for a random period and no one gives me an option to stop it.
It is such a game breaker if you are just in your coding flow or debugging a complex issue and… pooooof… ChatGPT turns stupid as a brick and I have to pause my work until it randomly starts working again.
