A user in the ChatGPT app receives notifications about articles, clicks on them but is taken to a blank chat, and asks where the notifications come from, only to get a "Conversation not found" response. (Captioned by AI)

I get notifications come up quite regularly which look like news updates but if click any of them go to a blank chat and if ask a question in that chat get conversation not found.

Can see this in the chat. The notifications I get which are typical of the sort of thing I see then me trying to query them in chat gpt and the conversation not found error.

Any advice or anybody else having this? I will also log a support request.
