I have paid for GPT plus on 30 march, and left my creditcard attached, but no payment has been tried to be done by system on 30 april, or until now either, i have tried to remove the credit card and add it again but no, i am still a plus user and using plus features but no payment is being deducted, i dont want from system to take a 3 months payment after 3 months, if payment fails it should say payment failed and get me back to gpt 3,5 or if payment goes through it should do it everymonth at the exact date. but im seeing nothing, is anyone having this issue ? or where should i report for this ?
