No access to plan/subscription/billing info anymore?

Today it seems that for some reason I reached my maximum usage of o1-preview and I wanted to see my billing, but it is not reachable anyhow! On mobile app it says that I haven’t bought it through APP, but rather through different platform and on web I just don’t have “My Plan” anymore. What’s up?

I second this, I cannot find my plan anymore. I want to cancel my subscription.

cannot find anywhere from setting/Stripe billing, the button to cancel the subscription by following the guidance from the posed-to-be useful webpages even from OpenAI itself. really appalling experience…

On browser:

  • Click on profile icon
  • Settings
  • Subscription
  • Manage
  • Upgrade Plan / Cancel Subscription

I only wish to have that screen as shown. Those options do not appear anywhere in my login. Thank you for your kind help though… I guess it has something to do with Google sign in but still no luck in finding out how. this is really appalling experience
