Stupidly, it had been several days since my laptop had been restarted. I simply just needed to restart and everything is now running smoothly.
ChatGPT is completely unusable for me. It happened about 3 days ago. I get the typical Chrome error “This site cannot be reached”. After a few refreshes I get to the home screen, but whenever I enter in any prompt, the submit button greys out, and I either receive an error message, or nothing happens at all. Also note that all my previous chat logs are not visible.
This only occurs from my laptop. I can use the same account on my phone and it still has all my previous chat logs. I have tried clearing cache, incognito windows, different browsers, logging out, trying a different account, where I run into login errors. I don’t have any other problems with my laptop.
