I am still experiencing a serious issue with Shared Projects in the new ChatGPT UI.
Many conversations inside my Shared Projects are not loading properly. Sometimes a conversation opens initially, but after I reload the page, I can no longer open it again. In many cases, the conversation does not open at all and shows a “Could not load” error.
I have already tested this in:
A different browser
Incognito/private mode
The issue remains exactly the same, so this does not appear to be a browser cache, cookie, or local browser problem.
There is another important issue as well.
Some older conversations inside the same Shared Project were originally created by another account. That account is no longer a member of the Shared Project, and those conversations are also inaccessible.
However, this problem is not limited to conversations created by former members. Even conversations created while the member is still part of the Shared Project can sometimes become inaccessible in the same way.
So the problem appears to be related to how conversations inside Shared Projects are being loaded or accessed in the new UI.
I started experiencing this issue after the new ChatGPT UI / Codex-style interface was introduced, and it has been happening consistently for approximately one week.
I have provided a full screen recording showing the problem and a HAR file containing the network activity while reproducing the issue.
I am sharing all of the relevant files through Google Drive. Please review the screen recording and HAR file carefully and investigate what is actually failing when these Shared Project conversations are requested.
This does not appear to be limited to one particular conversation or one particular Shared Project. I am seeing the same behavior across multiple Shared Projects, which is why I believe this may be a broader/global issue with the new UI, even if it has not yet been identified or reflected on the OpenAI Status page.
Please do not send me generic troubleshooting steps such as clearing cache, using incognito mode, or trying another browser, as I have already tested those options and they did not resolve the issue.
What I need is for the technical team to review the HAR file and screen recording, reproduce the issue with Shared Projects in the new UI, and identify why these conversations are failing to load.
