Or more practically, gpt-3.5-turbo-16k as standard, at the prior 4k output price and 33% off the input price.
Hopefully a new “snapshot/checkpoint” nor “the future” won’t be 3.5 we are seeing now that is terrible for development.
The toolkit for RAG and Code interpreter, with prices for daily use or and sandbox setup will need the documentation.
The GPT-4-turbo path and its trials may be why we’ve seen ChatGPT users in the past week, even those that would have been “gotten worse” deniers, admit that it took another big hit.

it’s “turbo” so faster, cheaper, but also less capable. Same deal with 3.5
