  • PGN support with Stockfish analysis

  • Conversational move-by-move explanations

  • Personalized coaching based on recurring mistakes

  • Tracking tactical weaknesses, openings, and time management

  • AI-generated training plans and puzzles from real games

What makes ChatGPT uniquely valuable is not just engine evaluation, but explaining ideas in human terms and adapting to the player over time.

This could become one of the best AI-assisted learning experiences for chess improvement.

Hey @Anirban030, love this idea. ChatGPT’s strength is definitely the “why this move matters” layer, not just showing an engine score.

The direct game import, PGN support, recurring mistake tracking, and training plans from real games would make this feel much more like a long-term coach than a one-off analysis tool.
