My subscription disappeared

So yesterday I have bought Subscription for the plus plan and It worked just well. However when I logged out and logged back in my plus plan was gone. I tried contacting help support but they havent seen my message for more than 24 hours. I have everything - a receipt from my bank, from revolut, from apple but the plus plan is jist not there. I thought that maybe I have subscribed with a different email but I tried all of my emails and none of them had the plus plan. Any ideas how with the help of my revolut, apple and bank receipts and chat gpt I can find out why my plan disappeared or to which account I have bought it ti?
