My old messages are been disappearing on app

I write a fanfic I write a lot and then my old messages suddenly disappear I don’t know why and I try to refused again or log in log out and when I try and then suddenly I disppsar almost the message but it can get back some and still can’t have the old messages but when I go to web it’s stil have a message my old messages still have but when I go to the app again it’s can’t see so i want you to fix it
