Hello, I am faced with the problem of not having access to the OpenAI website due to an inaccessible address. I live in Kazakhstan and my country does not have access to the ChatGPT service blocked. The support from the provider said to contact the owners of the site.

The provider says that need to open access for the addresses 194.39.67.0 - 194.39.67.7
