My GPTs have stopped working. I have tried on different browsers and different computers, none of them work. I am also not able to create new GTPs. I have tried to contact support but haven’t heard back since yesterday. I’m trying to get a refund if this problem can’t be fixed. What are my options? I can’t even figure out where to submit a support ticket.

Can you clarify a bit about what’s going on? When you say “GPTs have stopped working,” what are the issues?
As for reaching OpenAI support… yeah, it’s a bit like hoping to chat with a god - lots of waiting and not much luck 
They’re definitely busy, though sometimes it seems like they’re busy being busy more than anything else.
As I’ve mentioned in another thread: “A customer who can’t reach support is a customer who’s less likely to cause a fuss.”
But wait… you said you “tried to contact support but haven’t heard back since yesterday,” yet also that you “can’t figure out where to submit a support ticket”. I’m curious - how did you reach out to them in the first place?
And last but not least… About a refund, ya know… really? All this for $20? Not that it’s nothing, but, realistically, OpenAI’s burning through cash faster than we can type. So, in a way, you might say you own them money
