Hi. Since the 4th of june, when i make API calls from my app, my dollar balance does not show the reduction.
i contacted support and they said i dont have any usgae in june! … and i sent them the logs as well! and now am not getting a response from support.
on 4th june, i had a balance of 10.86. i was using o3 before its rates were reduced and as of today it is still 10.86.
so not sure what is happeneing.
i am close to the launch of my app and i need to figure this out!

Are you sharing traffic with openai?
There is an offer for daily free tokens, for eligible users that have the “share inputs and outputs with openai” option enabled in data controls.
They don’t cost but they do show on the activity dashboard.

thank you very much. i am sharing traffic and now it makes sense. i had been worried since my launch date was getting close. and the odd thing is that the support guys didnt point out this possibility. i am getting 250k tokens for o3. thaks again!
