My custom GPT knowledge file system is broken

I’ve posted several times over the past few days, but it still hasn’t been fixed. I have tried with various files in various formats, but I am unable to save the files to the GPT knowledge. I have confirmed the same phenomenon with some GPTs, but many GPTs do not have this problem.

As an example, I will attach a screenshot showing the phenomenon of files disappearing in the knowledge of the GPT I created, called Sherlock Report 2.

I have confirmed that there are no issues with the file. I also tested with various other files of different content and formats, but the result remains the same.

Perhaps a recent update caused an error in the file system of the old infrastructure. I would like to ask OpenAI to investigate and announce the issue.
