My credit and usage not showing

I have been using my Team’s ChatGpt and uses its CODEX 5.5 in Antigravity, yesterday 17th May I purchased $100 additional Credits , today i.e 18th May it says no credits, and also the usage analytics are also not visible.

This looks like something Support may need to check directly, since it involves a Business workspace credit purchase and the workspace billing/usage state.

I’d first confirm that you are signed in with a role that can manage workspace billing/credits, and that you are looking at the correct workspace under Workspace settings → Billing.

The docs also say Codex seats have no fixed monthly seat price, but Codex activity requires workspace credits. If the $100 credit purchase was completed but the balance and usage analytics still do not show correctly, I’d contact OpenAI Support and include the workspace/org details, purchase time, receipt/payment details and screenshots of the billing/credits page.

Yes. You will need to provide the relevant details in a support ticket, then share the ticket number here.

You do not need to post any additional private information on the forum. That information should go directly to OpenAI through the support ticket.

The ticket number is needed because there is no reliable way to connect your Discourse forum account with the OpenAI account that is having the issue.

Also, as noted in other posts, it is usually best if the support ticket is created from the same email address used for the affected OpenAI account.
