Good afternoon. My chat stopped analyzing any files. When I drop files to him, he says he can’t open it.
If I ask him to create an image, he says that he does not know how to do it.
When you ask what version he has, he says that he has the fourth version, and he had the last update in October 2023.
This works on two different PCs (Windows). But everything works well on the phone.
Support is not responding to me, and now full functionality is important to me.
