My card was canceled by my bank, However I did not update that new card number with GPT, and my subscription was canceled

Today I logged in and my history is gone and I am unable to resubscribe to the 20$ a month that I have been paying. It is giving me an error message when I try to resubscribe. Does anyone know what is going on. I sent a message to a support person today, and I wondering if they will be able to give me back access to my history?

ChatGPT is presently having major issues accessing the backend. It is not an issue with your individual subscription.
