My billing history is empty

Hi :slight_smile:

I’m using openai API from a while and I have to provide invoices to the company. Today, the list of my billing history is empty. What do you suggest.

I’d recommend checking that you’re in the correct org by selecting it in the org dropdown in the top left, in case you’re part of multiple orgs.

OpenAI also sends an email for every successful credit load, with the subject line “Your OpenAI API account has been funded,” which also mentions the org ID that was funded.

Thank you very much for your support :blush: I checked the organization was set correctly, therefor I just verified that billing history is filled again, perhaps it was an issue Openai side that was resolved.
