Dear all,
I load some money into prepaid billing account , use as an api call and no use it . But tody when i check it , Prepaid amount lost. Invoice id ： 21488D23-0009 ，Create date: December 17, 2023.
Does someone aware of this issue?

Why its expiring?
The Support site says:

“4. Expiry and Refunds: Purchased credits expire after 1 year and are non-refundable.”
Can I get these funds back?
I believe likely no based on the support page however this link (Paid credits expired wth?) suggests this is not always the case.
