I had project folders that I use actively and took time to set up since there were many chats in each folder. But today after encountering a “Bad gateway error 502” (south korea, January 23, 2025) all of my project folders disappeared.
I am a paid subscriber, and I rely heavily on the projects feature to organize my most important chats. However, while my regular chats remain intact, every single project and the conversations within them have disappeared following the Bad Gateway error.
