Someone is currently using my account because a bunch of conversations in Chinese are appearing. I changed my password and authenticated my account, but my colleague was not logged out of the account on their computer, and the hacker continues to use my account, so clearly the “log all devices out” feature is not working. Does anyone have suggestions? How do i even contact OpenAI?

I read and did what they said, but I am telling you my friends were not logged out. The hacker continues to use my account after logging out all devices. The link you sent is a bunch of Q&A and the hacking one does not help me, as I have done it all already. How do I get in contact with OpenAI? Can you please help?
