My Access to ChatGPT is BLOCKED for No Reason

My ChatGPT was working well until this morning when I tried to refresh my browser and then it shows the message “Sorry, you have been blocked”. Immediately I switched the browser, tried an incognito one, but nothing solved it.

Since we don’t have any email or phone number to contact support team, I would like to check if someone would help me to talk with a real person that could help me solve this issue.

Please check if the VPN is turned on.

I already checked it. It’s not.
My wife tried from her computer and it worked there. It should be something about my computer IP.

These issues typically arise when multiple people are using your external IP address simultaneously. Search on Google for how to change your IP address.
