I have an Azure instance deployed in East US and I don’t see the gpt-4o available. Only through Early Access Playground and for Chat Completion, but that’s not useful… As I said, we can sit and wait…

The API will ne available on Azure starting May 21.

Yes - Microsoft build 2024
They seem to have updated their page in this regard and it indeed looks like gpt-4o can now be deployed in certain Azure regions. On the top it still says that the update/article is from May 13 but the body of the article has definitely been updated - they have removed the restrictions and replaced it by stating that gpt-4o can be deployed. At the bottom you also have the detailed overview of model availability by region (incl. for gpt-4o).
Note: As of writing this post, I have not actually tried to deploy it myself.
