I signed up for a Teams account for my business and authorized it to move my personal Plus account to the Team account – with the understanding that my Plus chat history and GPTs would migrate over and they’d cancel my Plus account. Half of that happened: My Plus account is gone, but so is all of the chat history and my GPTs. I’ve messaged the Help Center (days ago) and there’s been no response. I’m worried that my 1+ year of work is now gone! Anyone have any pointers on how to resolve this?
