Hello everyone, I was accepted into the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub 10 days ago, and they gifted me $2500 worth of ChatGPT API. I filled out the application form as required, but it’s been 10 days and I still haven’t received a reply or the API. I used the messages feature at https://help.openai.com/ to ask customer service, but only received automated responses without any from a real person. Has anyone encountered this issue before? How can it be resolved? Thank you.
I am experiencing the same situation and when I send an email to get an answer, I get a robotic reply. If you solve the problem, don’t forget to reply here again and I will be following it.
