Memory enabled but not working – nothing is remembered

Hi,

I’m experiencing a memory bug with ChatGPT. Memory is enabled in my settings and I can see memorized items listed, but the assistant doesn’t recall anything in conversation — it’s like the memory isn’t working at all.

I’ve tested multiple times and even across new chats, but no improvement.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Would love to know if a fix is coming soon.

Can you give an example of an instance where you have a memory stored where the model fails to retrieve the memory when you think it should?
