I keep trying to tell chatgpt to remember an information and add it to the memory. The memory is already turned on but it never work.

I’m also noticing this for the past 24 hours.
Memory isn’t full, and is turned on.
Can confirm the same is happening too. My memory is not full and is enabled. It believes that memory isn’t a feature it has yet. “I can’t directly modify or save my memory myself — only OpenAI can update it through a special process.”
Yeah, gpt even lied to me when I asked it to memorize it. It told me that it only avaible for plus user but I can use 4o mini to update the memory, then it told me to do some random BS like writing “remember”, “memorize”, etc, which I did and it still doesn’t work. It was until I call it out and gave it some proof screenshot until it finally admit it’s error and finally update the memory.
