Hmm you’re right. Given the user asks to generate the playlist, maybe that should count as enough informed consent. I have been having a hard time knowing what level of control and transparency is best to give users. And also what level of user control is required by the YouTube API. I wanted the plugin to be simple and only have the ability to generate new playlists in one API call. But maybe the YouTube guidelines would require me to break it into multiple endpoints to give more control to users? In any case, users could always go to their profile and edit the playlist in YouTube Music so maybe I’m overthinking this.
