Good news - even OpenAI hasn’t work out a good AI customer service. Someone please build one for them, big money!
Use the same system as arxiv, (Jira), it’s still (mostly) automated but the experience is wayyyy nicer to interact with.
You could do what I do and avoid the PTSD. While I am a developer and could easily use the OpenAI API, after seeing so many problems others are having, I am just patiently waiting. Decades ago I felt that if I did not stay up on the bleeding edge I would be left behind or miss something. That never turned out to be the case and eventually learned that others will eventually resolve the issues if it is something worthy. So unless you are hired to get something done, kick back, relax and work on something less stressful. If on the other hand it is a paying job then I can not help.
Personally I am waiting for something like Loihi 2 to break into the main stream on a home computer with reasonable cost.
