Making a safe application about news?

Hi,
I am very new to this, so feel free to call me a newbie or any other synonym GPT3 throws up.
I wanted to see if GPT3 could summarize news stories from a bunch of headlines and it did pretty well.

The summary it gave was:
The House of Representatives has passed a bill to federally decriminalize marijuana. The vote was 220-204 in favor of the bill. The three Republicans who voted in favor of the bill were Matt Gaetz, David Joyce, and Don Young. The two Democrats who voted against the bill were Henry Cuellar and Pappas. The bill now heads to the Senate where its fate is dim.

The prompt is at the bottom of the post.
In the process it threw up a warning that it would be unsafe to make an app out of this.
I would like to make an app this way - can safety be mitigated by saying “This is comptuer generated content - etc” on the website?
Would it help if it just steered clear of political news?

Anything that automatically generates content for the internet without human oversight is disallowed by OpenAI. AFAIK, this would qualify, even if you labeled it as AI-generated. Furthermore, there are financial and ethical concerns about taking other people’s content and regurgitating it elsewhere.

The key for safety here is that a human must be in the loop. Note: this is according to my understanding of OpenAI’s rules, I am not speaking on behalf of OpenAI - therefore I might be wrong.
