I think that there could be a market possible market for not expansive, smart, fast and human-like voice models specifically to practice practicing speaking in a foreign language. I already tried using it that way myself (for Turkish), payed for the subscription and stuff and it was a great experience. I thought if there were a better subscription plan i would definitely continue buying it
