macOS app doesn’t sync Scheduled Tasks with Web and iPhone (26.715.72359)

Hi,

I found what appears to be a synchronization bug in the latest ChatGPT macOS app.

Environment

  • ChatGPT Plus
  • Same OpenAI account on all devices
  • macOS app Version 26.715.72359 (Released Jul 22, 2026)
  • iPhone app (latest)
  • ChatGPT Web

Problem

Scheduled Tasks are correctly displayed:

  • :white_check_mark: ChatGPT Web
  • :white_check_mark: iPhone app

But the macOS app shows an incomplete or empty list.

Searching for an existing task (for example “iOS”) also returns:

“No scheduled tasks found”

even though the task exists and is visible on both Web and iPhone.

What I already tried

  • Signed out and signed back in
  • Completely removed and reinstalled the macOS app
  • Installed the latest version
  • Confirmed I am using the same account
  • Chat history sync works correctly

The issue only affects Scheduled Tasks.

Has anyone else experienced this with the new macOS application?
