# Mac App Problem Wiping Conversation mid chat

I don’t know if I’m in the right place, within the last week, the Mac app has become unusable on three different laptops. It’s like it’s resetting in the middle of me inputting chats or reviewing content. Then, there is no record of our thread for a certain amount of time in the panel. However, if I go to the web based version, it has anything that had been exchanged, as if there hadn’t been a problem. Extremely frustrating (especially since it’s even more difficult to find the right place to get help with this! haha!)

I experience the same issues! And yes, also help and support is hard to find.

I have a similar problem: some chats just don’t show up on the Mac app. Though, the ones I deleted magically show up. Web version works fine.
