Loss of Quality responses

I am in the same situation, I have more than 80 services and suddenly for periods of time it starts to fail too much. I have a sneaking suspicion that sometimes they downgrade our models and it usually happens to me when they are releasing new products or have just released them. In my case it is very noticeable because for periods of time everyone begins to have wrong answers and alerts me. Having them in production is really maddening. I am personally experimenting with other providers.
