Login with ChatGPT Business Not Working with Codex App

Hey,

My organization has a ChatGPT Business subscription (with SSO). As a member in the org, I have been able so far to login to the Codex Mac App with these credentials.

However, today when I attempted to re-login into the org account (after logging out from my personal one), I saw the error below. This seems to have started immediately after the introduction of the free Codex seat.

Together with the org billing administrator, I verified the following:

  • My user is an admin in the org, and has a regular ChatGPT (paid) seat.
  • Codex Local is enabled in Workspace Settings –> Permissions & Roles
  • Codex Cloud does work, and so does ChatGPT

Appreciate your input as to what may be wrong on my end.
