Hello, this is my first try in this helpforum, I hope this is the right place for questioning, but I need urgently help from you: hello, i would like to write to customer support. i registered back then in a data-saving way, which worked great. although i have entered my email address and password correctly and know them, openai/chatgpt requires verification. however, my old email is no longer active. how can i still log into my account or change my email address? Why do I need verification if I know my login details exactly and correctly and how do I contact customer support (human service people) correctly?
I just want to log in, which should work because everything is correct, but verification is not possible because the code from Chatgpt is sent to my e-mail address which no longer exists/inactive. How can I have the code sent to an alternative second e-mail? Thanks everyone for any tips and advice
