Load new data into ChatGPT3.5 model

Hello,

How do I make ChatGPT aware of new content such as internal documentation - expand its corpus. Is there a way to fine-tune the model with this new input? I read the Fine Tuning Guide and it doesn’t seem it’s possible to just load new corpus in it “directly”.
