Link changes when updating GPT's?

I noticed when I update a GPT the link changes. I want to make sure this isn’t pointing to a new model ID.

I don’t have to send out and updated link every time I make a change do I?

Yeah, we noticed this here…

… no answer or solution other than using a link redirect / URL shortener - either a service or on your own server.
