I hit my message limit and was given the message to wait until 2:19 PM, at 2:19 PM, I then sent another message, only to be limited again after a single message and told to wait until 3:16 pm.

Esta uma vergonha, principalmente quando mais precisa, ele bloqueia o uso.
Engraçado que diminuiu os custos, mas o uso restrito continua o mesmo.
